Almost 2 a.m tapi aku still tak tidur. Mata masih besar bak johan!
So,sesiapa di sini yang masih berblog walking? Apa kata,kamu kamu
teruskan membaca apa yang aku nak coretkan pepagi yang celik ni. Lai
lai...
Semenjak dua tiga empat lima (okay,nak kasi cukup 5) ni,aku memang
sangat payah nak tidur dengan nyenyak,aman,lena. Eh,lena & nyenyak tu
sama je. Okay-okay,back to main story. Kadang-kadang,aku tak tidur
langsung sampai ke ceroh atau pun Subuh. Apa yang tak kena dengan aku
ni? Nak tahu? Kamu memang dasar keypochi. Sama macam mak noks!
Hahahaha...
Selidik punya selidik punya selidik,aku dijangkiti virus Insomnia. Apa
itu Insomnia? Tengok bawah........
Maksud Insomnia :
"Ia merupakan sejenis gangguan tidur di mana kualiti tidur seseorang
terjejas atau menghadapi masalah tidur."
Sama macam aku sekarang ni lah. Memang sangat payah untuk tidur.
Terkebil-kebil mata ni dalam gelap. Alone!
So,apa simptom-simptom Insomnia? :
* Sukar untuk mula tidur (dianggap sebagai permulaan insomnia)
* Mudah tidur, kemudian terjaga dan tidak boleh tidur semula (kronik insomnia)
* Mudah tidur, tetapi terjaga setiap satu jam dan tidak boleh tidur
(fragmented sleep)
Tahap insomnia :
* Ringan - Berlaku dalam tempoh beberapa hari, fungsi harian hanya
sedikit atau langsung tidak terjejas.
* Sederhana - Ia berlanjutan kurang dari sebulan, menjejaskan fungsi
harian, disertai rasa letih dan mudah tersinggung.
* Kronik - Masalah sukar tidur yang berlanjutan lebih sebulan, sekali
gus menjejaskan fungsi harian. Individu terbabit akan berasa gelisah,
mudah tersinggung, letih dan bimbang.
Jenis insomnia :
* Insomnia primer
Seseorang yang menghadapi kesukaran tidur tidak disebabkan oleh
masalah kesihatan.
* Insomnia sekunder
Seseorang yang menghadapi kesukaran tidur akibat masalah kesihatan
yang dihidapinya. Ia mungkin disebabkan oleh penyakit psikiatri atau
bukan psikiatri.
Insomnia juga terbahagi kepada :
* Insomnia akut :
Berlaku dalam jangka masa pendek. Tempohnya mungkin antara satu malam
hingga beberapa minggu. Ia biasanya disebabkan gangguan pada emosi
atau fizikal termasuklah:
a. Tekanan - bertukar atau kehilangan kerja, kematian orang yang
disayangi, berpindah
b. Sakit yang ringan
c. Persekitaran - bunyi bising, cahaya, cuaca terlalu panas atau sejuk,
d. Perubahan masa tidur - jet lag atau syif kerja.
* Insomnia kronik :
Berlanjutan sekurang-kurangnya tiga malam seminggu dalam tempoh
sebulan atau lebih. Ia berpunca daripada banyak sebab seperti
kemurungan, tekanan yang kronik, sakit dan sebagainya.
TIP :
* Mempelajari teknik merehatkan mental dan fizikal
* Tidur pada waktu yang sama pada setiap hari
* Elakkan tidur pada waktu tengah hari
* Melakukan senaman dengan kerap
* Bergantung kepada sesetengah individu, elakkan minuman yang
merangsangkan otak seperti kopi atau teh pada lewat petang atau malam
* Jangan merokok
* Belajar menangani tekanan
* Pastikan persekitaran bilik tidur selesa untuk tidur.

"Secara fisiologinya, insomnia tidak dikategorikan sebagai sejenis
penyakit. Boleh dikatakan, hampir setiap individu mengalami insomnia
sekurang-kurangnya sekali dalam fasa kehidupan mereka."

menjejaskan. Tetapi, ia perlu dirawat jika insomnia yang dihidapi

kan. tapi ni tahun lepas. sekarang alhamdulillah dah heal day by day. hehe.
Saya pun kena insomnia dulu.. Tapi sejak makan Ostematrix Shaklee sebelum tidur, letak kepala atas bantal tak lama tu terus lelap.. Selain tu, saya juga dah berhenti minum Nescafe sebab itulah juga salah satu puncanya..
